iLearn@HilliardSS iPad Program Open Days
Hilliard SS has run 12 highly successful Open Days since 2014, welcoming over 1000 staff from Department of Education and Independent Schools as well as International group tours. Our most recent visit was another group of Japanese Educators on 4 September, 2019, the 4th visit from Japan Educators over the past 4 years.
Concept Development and Charter
In 2014, we began 9 BYO iPad classes across every year level at Hilliard SS. Due to the highly successful progress of our initiative , and demand from our community, we expanded to 19 BYO iPad classes in 2015.
From 2016, every student at Hilliard SS had the opportunity to bring their own iPad to school to support them with their learning and close to 100% of students have taken this up. Further information can be found in the iPad Program Charter 2019 (PDF, 932KB) including the Student ICT Agreement (PDF, 429KB).
